Jo
AdministratorI’m Jo and I’m the Administrator for the Preschool. After working for over 20 years in the financial services industry, I joined the Preschool in February 2017.
My duties include: claiming funding for parents; producing parent invoices; maintaining our session lists and waiting lists; looking after our email account; writing our half-termly newsletter, and lots, lots more.
I am married with a daughter, and we live in Thorpe St Andrew.
Our Committee
Without a volunteer Committee of at least 6 members, the Preschool would legally have to shut down.
Please consider getting involved in your child’s Preschool experience, and join the Committee. The Committee looks after the HR, Health and Safety and Treasury functions of the Preschool, as well as fundraising for new equipment.

Rebecca
Committee ChairpersonHi, my name is Rebecca and I’m the Chairperson of the Preschool Committee. My daughter currently attends the Preschool and I joined the Committee because I wanted to be actively involved in the place where she spends some of her time. For my day job, I lead a non-profit organisation and I hope that some of my professional skills are useful in my committee role. In my spare time (when I manage to get any!) I’m an oil painter and writer.

Megan
Committee TreasurerHello, I’m Megan. I joined the committee in September 2024 when my first daughter started at the Preschool and I am the Treasurer for the Preschool. I also have a younger daughter who will attend the Preschool when she is old enough. I have no experience in education and work in the development/housing industry however I wanted to join the committee to use some of my organisational and professional skills and to be actively involved to help with the running of the Preschool while my daughter is there. We are very fortunate to have such a wonderful preschool in our community.

Ella
Committee MemberHi my name is Ella. I joined the committee in 2024, my son currently attends the preschool and my daughter is due to start September 2025. I have a background in early years, I worked in a pre school for 8 years and currently work for a company providing wrap around care for primary schools in Norwich. I joined the committee as I wanted to have an active role in my children’s educations and ensure that the pre school continues for years to come.

Lydia
Committee memberMy name is Lydia and I joined the Committee in September 2024 when my daughter started at the Preschool. I’m a nurse by trade but I am currently on maternity leave and thought that I could use some of my time to give back and support the Preschool by being part of the Committee. The Committee plays a huge role in the running of the Preschool and I am really enjoying getting involved to help organise fundraising events.

Zofia
Committee SecretaryHi my name is Zofia. I joined the Committee when my son started at the Preschool in September 2023. I wanted to contribute to the team running the Preschool because I know how important and crucial the role of the Committee is. I work in the insurance industry, so I hope to use some of my organisational and professional skills to support the successful running of the Preschool, and to be actively involved in my son’s early years education.
